This is a nice small hotel well located in North Pattaya. Across the street from Terminal 21. And next door to the SPACE hotel. Our room was the executive studio. Older room but we loved it. We had stayed 2 nights at the SPACE hotel and coming here was refreshing as our room size was 63sqm for a family of 4. Two young boys. So we had plenty of space. There is a living area and a kitchen. Our room overlooked the pool. Beds were nice and they were kind enough to not charge us for an additional bed. Check in was fast and all the staff was super nice. One man in particular stood out. I was walking with my son looking for the morning breakfast and we stumbled into the Italian Restaurant. The man, (Tall man )whom I presume was probably a manager of the Italian restaurant was very kind. He basically walked me and my son to the buffet breakfast. This is what I call, service and going the distance to provide for a great customer satisfaction. The breakfast was good. Lots of selections and good coffee. Plenty of hot food and good amount of variety. They have 3 pool areas. A shout-out to the maids, every morning I would see them and they would say hello and smile. They did a tremendous job. This will most likely be my go to hotel when I go back to Pattaya. As I live and work in Bangkok as a F&B Manager for a 5 star hotel, I was very impressed with this property. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

The room had everything, a nice size kitchen with a big fridge, microwave and all the cooking utensils. The bathroom was big with a shower and bath and a large walk-in storage area just beside it. Ideal for clothes and suitcases. The bed and pillows were great, the aircon was quiet and efficient. There was a big balcony with seats and a table too. Housekeeping were great and always left lots of water, they usually called in the evening as well to see if we needed to top up any tea or coffee. Wifi was fine, Smart tv was good too with a wide variety of channels. The location is down a quiet street close to transport and Terminal 21 and the beach. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. No problems with check in or check out. Overall very pleased with our stay.

The rooms are amazing, very spacious with every amenity. well equipped kitchenette, large bathroom with a shower that has plenty of hot water, also a walk in wardrobe/dressing room. large balcony. cannot fault the rooms. staff friendly and helpful. pool area very good, clean pool and nice surroundings. not a great choice of restaurants nearby but next door a family run, Thai restaurant serves excellent food at very reasonable prices and the owners are lovely.

The room are spacious, well maintained and very clean. The swimming pool area is well equiped and breakfast buffet is amazing. We trully enjoyed our stay here and all the employees are very kind and always ready to help.
