Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences - SHA Extra Plus

This is a nice small hotel well located in North Pattaya. Across the street from Terminal 21. And next door to the SPACE hotel. Our room was the executive studio. Older room but we loved it. We had stayed 2 nights at the SPACE hotel and coming here was refreshing as our room size was 63sqm for a family of 4. Two young boys. So we had plenty of space. There is a living area and a kitchen. Our room overlooked the pool. Beds were nice and they were kind enough to not charge us for an additional bed. Check in was fast and all the staff was super nice. One man in particular stood out. I was walking with my son looking for the morning breakfast and we stumbled into the Italian Restaurant. The man, (Tall man )whom I presume was probably a manager of the Italian restaurant was very kind. He basically walked me and my son to the buffet breakfast. This is what I call, service and going the distance to provide for a great customer satisfaction. The breakfast was good. Lots of selections and good coffee. Plenty of hot food and good amount of variety. They have 3 pool areas. A shout-out to the maids, every morning I would see them and they would say hello and smile. They did a tremendous job. This will most likely be my go to hotel when I go back to Pattaya. As I live and work in Bangkok as a F&B Manager for a 5 star hotel, I was very impressed with this property. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Big room, clean and very quiet hotel with nice pool. Clean the room every day. The staff helped me to get the room that I wanted, thank you.

Room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Room cleaned every day with plenty of complimentary water. There was a fresh coffee machine with 3 capsules per day. 😀

Did'nt have breakfast

Outstanding hospitality & efficient service. Facilities are all in order. Clean all around. Delicious breakfast with variety of dishes. Location is a bit off Central but reachable with abundant ehailing service.
